The EndoFree Plasmid ezFlow Megaprep 3 mg Kit from BioMiga provides a high-capacity, endotoxin-free plasmid DNA purification system designed to yield up to ~3 mg (and up to 6 mg for high-copy plasmids) from ~1 L of E. coli culture in about 60 minutes. Using BioMiga’s proprietary ezBindTM column matrix and endotoxin-removal chemistry, the kit consistently reduces endotoxin to <0.2 EU per μg DNA. The method is free of guanidine salts and ion-exchange resin residues, producing highly pure DNA ideal for transfection, gene therapy, and DNA vaccine research.
