EzFlow Endofree ezFilter Plasmid Maxiprep

The EndoFree Plasmid ezFlow ezFilter MaxiKit from BioMiga delivers high-yield, endotoxin-free plasmid DNA from 150–400 mL of E. coli culture via a streamlined workflow. Key to its performance is the proprietary ezBindTM column matrix coupled with an ezFilterTM syringe filter to remove insoluble debris, enabling efficient binding of DNA while proteins and lysate contaminants are washed away. The kit incorporates the EZgeneTM EndoFree system’s specialized buffers (Buffer RET, Buffer ER) to reduce endotoxin levels to <0.1 EU per μg of DNA — making the plasmid DNA ideal for sensitive downstream applications such as transfection of endotoxin-sensitive cell lines, primary cell microinjection, and gene therapy workflows. The maxi-column has a binding capacity of up to ~1,200 μg of plasmid DNA under recommended conditions. All buffers are guanidine‐ and ion-exchange resin-free, simplifying disposal and improving compatibility. Two endotoxin-removal protocols are provided: Protocol A (during purification) and Protocol B (post-purification) for added flexibility. The kit includes ezBindTM maxi columns, filter syringes, Buffer A1, B1, D1, N3, RET, ER, RNase A, EndoFree Elution Buffer, and a user manual.
