TNF-α (human) monoclonal antibody (TNF-D)

ELISA (use as capture or detection antibody in sandwich ELISA) Flow Cytometry (suitable as primary antibody for staining in FACS analysis; recommended concentration is 10μg/ml as determined on PBMC. Method: PBMC were incubated with PMA, ionomycin, and with monensin to inhibit secretion. Incubation for 20 minutes with TNF-D at 10μg/ml; stained with goat-anti-mouse IgG-FITC second step reagent for 15 minutes) Suggested dilutions/conditions may not be available for all applications.Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.

Functional Application: selectively neutralizes human TNF-α bioactivity. TNF-D requires an incubation of antigen and antibody for 1 hour at 37 °C or 16 hours at 4 °C to completely neutralize TNF-α cytolytic activity. Not recommended for Western blot.
