The SAVIEW ® PLUS AP Reagent has been developed by labeling streptavidin molecules with a nanopolymer of alkaline phosphatase (AP) using proprietary technology. This ensures consistent and reproducible detection of biotinylated primary/secondary antibodies or biotinylated nucleic acid probes on tissue sections. The Streptavidin Blocker/Diluent (ENZ-ACC109) further reduces background and is suitable for diluting the SAVIEW ® PLUS AP Reagent.
