Protease Inhibitor Cocktail

As indicated on product label or CoA when stored as recommended. The tablets are stable at +4°C, stored dry. The stock solution is stable for one to two weeks at +4°C, or at least 12 weeks at -20°C.

Soluble in aqueous buffers, or add directly to extraction media. Alternatively, prepare 7X stock solutions in 1.5ml water or 100mM phosphate buffer, pH 7.0.

Mixture of several protease inhibitors. For the inhibition of serine, cysteine, but not metalloproteases, and protects proteins isolated from animal tissues, plants, yeast and bacteria. 1 tablet contains protease inhibitors sufficient for a 10 ml cell extract.
