Do not use milk/casein for blocking and dilution!) Suggested dilutions/conditions may not be available for all applications.Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.

Recognizes a broad range of serine-phosphorylated proteins in crude cell extracts, interacting with phosphoserine surrounded by positive or neutral aa (e.g. substrates of PKA, PKB, PKC, PKG etc.) . Please note that phosphoserine detection by MAbs always depends on the surrounding aa sequence.
