Permeabilization, (buffer)

Intended for use in permeabilizing cells to facilitate immunostaining and subsequent analysis of intracellular proteins using flow cytometry. Use of this buffer should be preceded by fixation of the cells using a suitable fixation buffer (Prod. No. ADI-950-010 or ADI-950-011) .
