Maintenance of ES Cells: 1,000U/ml are recommended to maintain indifferentiated ES cells, R1 or E14 cells. M1Growth Inhibition Assay: 50units/ml are defined as the concentration of LIF that induces 50% of differentiated cells in tissue culture medium.
