Before use, centrifuge suspension (4’000 x g for 15 min.) and discard supernatant. Resuspend pellet in 200μl PBS, pH 7.2. If desired, add 0.05% sodium azide. Stable for 6 months after PBS resuspension.Removal of residual ammonium sulfate is not usually necessary for IP procedure; for other uses it may be removed by dialysis or equivalent method.
