ADI-SPA-901 is tested against HeLa and HeLa Heat-Shocked lysates. Upon heat shock, HSF1 is hyperphosphorylated. ADI-SPA-901 recognizes both phosphorylated and non-phosporylated HSF1 in Western Blot.
