Specificity

Based on immunoelectrophoresis and/or ELISA, the antibody reacts with whole molecule rat IgG. It also reacts with the light chains of other rat immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.

Formulation

Liquid. In 0.005M sodium phosphate, pH 7.6, containing 0.125M sodium chloride, 7.5mg/ml BSA (IgG-free, protease-free), and 50% glycerol.
