Historical data has shown that mouse CD40L stimulates the proliferation of mouse B cells and dendritic cells. The activity of rmsCD40L increases 1’000-fold (stimulation in the ng/ml range) in the presence of a cross-linking enhancer (see Set Prod. No. ALX-850-075) .
