Produced in HEK 293 cells. Human adiponectin (aa 16-244) is fused at the N-terminus to a linker peptide (14 aa) and a FLAG ® -tag.

Stable for at least 6 months after receipt when stored at -20°C.

Reconstitute with 50μl sterile distilled water. Further dilutions should be made with medium containing 5% fetal calf serum or other carrier protein.
