As indicated on product label or CoA when stored as recommended. Preincubate cultured cells 1-2 hrs. with 0.1-2.0μM of the peptide, before inducing for apoptosis. Measure indicator (s) of apoptosis at a number of time points, since the effect of the inhibitor may be a delay in the onset of apoptosis, rather than permanent inhibition. It may also be helpful to determine a minimum effective concentration for the apoptosis inducer and use that concentration, when attempting to observe the effects of this peptide.
