Alobresib (GS-5829) inhibits CLL cell proliferation and induces leukemia cell apoptosis through deregulation of key signaling pathways, such as BLK, AKT, ERK1/2, and MYC. Alobresib (GS-5829) also inhibits NF-κB signaling.
