It recognizes ligands such as nonsteroidal neuromuscular blocking drugs (NMBD) and various peptides and alkaloids, including cortistatin-14, proadrenomedullin N-telopeptide PAMP-12, and the antimicrobial protein LL-37. MRGPRX2 Protein, Human (Cell-Free, His) is the recombinant human-derived MRGPRX2 protein, expressed by E. coli Cell-free , with N-6*His labeled tag.
