TMRM Perchlorate (T668) is a membrane-permeant, cationic, fluorescent dye that can label mitochondria and mark embryonic stem cell/induced pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes. It is useful for the isolation of mature cardiomyocytes. It is also used as a sensitive probe for the detection of mitochondrial membrane potential.
