1. Collect milk Discard first few streams. Take ~2 mL milk from each teat into the paddle cups. 2. Add reagent Add equal volume of CMT reagent to each cup. 3. Mix gently Swirl the paddle for 10–15 seconds (don’t shake) . 4. Read immediately Observe thickness/gel formation.
