Claudin 3 Mouse mAb IHC Kit
Product Specifications
Background
Claudin 3 is a 22 kDa membrane protein, belonging to the tight junction protein family. It plays the role of tight junction through calcium independent cell adhesion activity. It is expressed in the junction between ductal epithelium and acinar epithelium. There was an increased expression in ovarian cancer, and decreased expression in breast cancer was associated with epithelial mesenchymal transition phenotype.
