CD34 Rabbit mAb IHC Kit
Product Specifications
Background
CD34 is a single-chain transmembrane protein with a molecular weight of approximately 116 kDa. It is a stage-specific leukocyte differentiation antigen rather than a lineage-specific leukocyte differentiation antigen. Normal peripheral blood lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, and platelets do not express CD34. Some cases of acute B-lymphoblastic leukemia and acute myeloid leukemia (AML), as well as a small number of acute T-lymphoblastic leukemia cases, may express CD34. Chronic lymphocytic leukemia, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma have been found to be CD34-negative.
