CD14 Rabbit mAb IHC Kit
Product Specifications
Background
CD14 is a 55 kDa glycoprotein, which is the receptor of lipopolysaccharide and lipopolysaccharide binding protein complex. It is expressed in monocytes, macrophages and Langerhans cells, and strongly up-regulated during the differentiation of monocytic precursor cells into mature monocytes, but not in stem cells, bone marrow cells and thymocytes in early differentiation. It is mainly used for the study of monocytic leukemia, true histiocytic lymphoma and histiocytosis, as well as the immunotyping of acute myeloid leukemia.
