TRAP Mouse mAb IHC Kit
Product Specifications
Background
TRAP is a basic metal binding protein with high activity against phosphorylated protein, ATP and 4-nitrophosphorylase, which is involved in bone protein dephosphorylation. It is located in cell lysosomes and distributed in human alveolar macrophages, osteoblasts, liver and spleen. It is highly expressed in spleen and monocytes of gauche patients, spleen nuclei and blood leukocytes of human hair cell leukemia and spleen of Hodgkin's patients.
