Background
PS2, also known as pnr-2, is a cytoplasmic polypeptide regulated by estrogen with a molecular weight of 6. 5kDa. It is expressed in breast epithelium, normal gastric mucosa and small intestinal mucosa. It is mainly used for breast cancer and gastric cancer research. PS2 positive is more common in ER and PR positive breast cancer. It can be used for breast cancer patients to study endocrine therapy response.
