MUC6 Mouse mAb IHC Kit
Product Specifications
Background
MUC6 is one of the secretory mucins. MUC6 is only expressed in normal gastric mucosa, also known as gastric mucus. Under physiological conditions, MUC2 is only expressed in normal intestinal mucosa (intestinal mucus), while MUC5AC and MUC6 are only expressed in normal gastric mucosa (gastric mucus) . During tumor transformation, the expression of mucin in these tissues is changed to form a specific expression pattern. Therefore, the combination of the three has a certain significance in the differential diagnosis of gastrointestinal tumors.
