GCDFP-15 Mouse mAb IHC Kit
Product Specifications
Background
GCDFP-15 is a single chain protein with a molecular weight of 15 kDa. It is induced by prolactin and androgen and is common in the vesicle fluid of vesicular disease. It is expressed in non neoplastic serous salivary gland acinus, bronchial serous gland, seminal vesicle and cutaneous sweat gland. GCDFP-15 is a highly specific and sensitive marker for breast and its tumors. It is used for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer and other parts of the primary cancer.
