CD2 Mouse mAb IHC Kit
Product Specifications
Background
CD2 is a 50-55 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein present on all peripheral T cells, lymphocytes and NK cells. The main function is to regulate activated T cells and mediate thymocyte thymic epithelial adhesion. CD2 expression may be abnormally absent in T-cell lymphoma, which is helpful to distinguish reactive T-cell proliferation. It is mainly used for the diagnosis and differentiation of tumors derived from T cells and NK cells.
