Beta-catenin Mouse mAb IHC Kit
Product Specifications
Background
β-Catenin is a key regulatory protein in Wnt signaling pathway. Under normal conditions, β-Catenin protein is mainly found in the cell membrane of normal cells. It leads to accumulation in the nucleus after mutation. It is mainly used for the diagnosis, invasion and metastasis mechanism of malignant tumors, such as colon cancer, lung cancer, prostate cancer, esophageal cancer, breast cancer and so on.
