Tyrosinase (AB1386) Mouse mAb (Ready to Use)
Product Specifications
Background
Tyrosinase is a key member of the melanin biosynthetic enzyme family in melanocytes and a key enzyme in the initial stage of melanin biosynthesis. It is located in melanocytes, which are mainly distributed in skin, hair ball and eyes. Tyrosinase is a specific marker of melanocytes. Its deletion is associated with various albinism, especially ocular skin albinism. It is mainly used for the study of albinism and malignant melanoma.
