Factor XIIIa (AB1540) Mouse mAb (Ready to Use)
Product Specifications
Background
Factor XIIIa is found in plasma β Globulin. It is expressed in monocytes, macrophages, megakaryocytes, dendritic reticular cells in reactive lymph nodes, dermal dendritic cells, fibroblast like stromal cells and Kupffer cells in liver. It can be used as a marker of dermal dendritic cells. The tumors showed positive expression in dermal fibroma, atypical xanthoma, malignant fibrous histiocytoma, fibrous histiocytoma, some sarcomas, granulosa cell tumor and neurofibroma.
