Background
HER2 is a proto- oncogene, and its expressed c- erbB- 2 is a transmembrane protein of a tyrosine kinase receptor with a molecular weight of 185kDa. The activation of HER2 gene can directly lead to the malignant transformation of some human cells or increase the malignant potential of cells. It is reported that the amplification of HER2 gene results in some breast, gastrointestinal, ovarian and endometrial cancers. Therefore, HER2 is directly targeted as a target drug for Hessaitin and other tumors.
