CD5 (AB1276) Rabbit mAb (Ready to Use)
Product Specifications
Background
CD5 is a 67 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the surface of T cells, and its intensity increases with the maturation of T cells. CD5 is also expressed in B cells in normal human peripheral blood and lymph node mantle cells. CD5 is detected in most T- cell lymphomas and leukaemias. It is mainly used for the auxiliary diagnosis of T- cell leukemia and T- cell lymphoma. It can also be used to distinguish thymic cancer from other adenocarcinoma.
