Background
BOB. 1 is a transcription activating factor necessary for the formation of follicular germinal center and the production of immunoglobulin. It works together with Oct- 2 and is highly expressed in granulocytes of spleen and peripheral blood. It is mainly used for the typing of Hodgkin's lymphoma, mainly nodular lymphocytes. Hodgkin's lymphoma is positive and classical Hodgkin's lymphoma is negative.
