Anti-TRICK2 - 100 μg
Apoptosis is induced by cytokines in the TNF family through their death domain containing receptors. TRICK2 (TRAIL receptor inducer of cell killing 2) is a member of the TNF receptor family and contains the conserved death domain. TRICK2 is expressed at high levels in lymphocytes and spleen cells and in many types of tumor cells. Overexpression of TRICK2 rapidly induces cell death by apoptosis. TRICK2 has been shown to function as a receptor for TRAIL and can inhibit TRAIL-induced killing of lymphocytic cells. Other names for TRICK2 include DR5, Apo2, TRAIL-R2, and KILLER.
