Ruboxyl is an anthracycline antibiotic with antitumor activity. Ruboxyl inhibits colorectal cancer (CRC) liver metastasis in mice by 84%, suppresses B16 melanoma growth, and increases the survival rate of mice with L1210 or L5178Y leukemia[1][2].
