AF 430 hydrazide
AF 430 hydrazide is a derivative of the yellow fluorescent dye AF 430. AF430 has an excitation wavelength of 425 nm and an emission wavelength of 542 nm. AF 430 hydrazide can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) via the Azide group and molecules containing Alkyne groups. Strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) can also occur with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups. To achieve specific coupling of dye labels and biomolecules[1].
