Sulfo-MBS sodium is a heterobifunctional crosslinker with a maleimide group and an N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester group, which can react with cysteine residues and lysine residues on proteins. Sulfo-MBS sodium be used for protein cross-linking studies[1].
