DOI (hydrochloride)
Product Specifications
UNSPSC Description
DOI hydrochloride is a serotonin 5-HT2A/2C receptor agonist with Ki values of 0.7 nM, 2.4 nM and 20 nM for h5-HT2A, h5-HT2C and h5-HT2B receptors, respectively. DOI hydrochloride can across the blood-brain barrier. DOI hydrochloride increases head twitches in mice[1][2][3].
