Si306
Si306 is a Src inhibitor with antitumor activity. Si306 reduces the phosphorylation of focal adhesion kinase (FAK) and the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), and inhibits the invasion of human glioblastoma (GBM) [1].
