Tigogenin

Tigogenin is a steroidal sapogenins. Tigogenin can inhibit adipocytic differentiation and induce osteoblastic differentiation in mouse bone marrow stromal cells. Tigogenin can inhibit cells proliferation and induce apoptosis. Tigogenin can be used for the researches of cancer, inflammation, immunology, metabolic and cardiovascular disease, such as mammary gland carcinoma, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis and atherosclerosis[1][2][3][4].
