VJDT is a TREM1 inhibitor that can effectively block TREM1 signaling. VJDT inhibits tumor cell proliferation and migration and induces cell cycle arrest. VJDT has immunomodulatory and antitumor activities, and can be used for the research of tumors such as melanoma[1].
