CSK, Mouse (sf9)
CSK protein is a non-receptor tyrosine protein kinase that regulates cell growth, differentiation, migration and immune responses by phosphorylating Src family kinases (SFK) (such as LCK, SRC, HCK, FYN, LYN, CSK or YES1) . This phosphorylation induces SFK to form an inactive conformation, thereby inhibiting signaling by receptors such as T cell receptor (TCR) and B cell receptor (BCR) . CSK Protein, Mouse (sf9) is the recombinant mouse-derived CSK protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with tag free.
