Vonlerolizumab

Vonlerolizumab (Pogalizumab; MOXR 0916) is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting OX40 (CD134) . Pogalizumab partially blocks the interaction between OX40 and its natural ligand OX40L upon binding, thereby activating the NF-κB signaling pathway. Pogalizumab enhances T cell activation and proliferation and has shown antitumor activity in mouse models[1].
