Dipeptidase 1 (DPEP1) has multiple enzymatic functions and can hydrolyze various dipeptides, including the conversion of leukotriene D4 to leukotriene E4. It is also involved in the degradation of cysteinylbisglycine resulting from the breakdown of glutathione. DPEP1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived DPEP1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.
