Beta-Zearalenol is an mycotoxin produced by Fusarium spp, which causes apoptosis and oxidative stress in mammalian reproductive cells[2]. Beta-Zearalenol is the derivative of zearalenone (ZEA) which can conjugate with glucuronic acid[3].
