INNO-LiPA® HCV 2.0 Genotyping

The INNO-LiPA HCV 2.0 Genotyping is a line probe assay, forin vitrodiagnostic use, designed for the qualitative detection and identification of Hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotypes 1 to 6 and subtypes a and b of genotype 1 in human serum or EDTA plasma samples. Additional subtype information is available in a majority of cases.The INNO-LiPA HCV 2.0 Amp kit, forin vitrodiagnostic use, is designed for use in reverse transcription and amplification of the 5’ untranslated region (5’UTR) and core region of the Hepatitis C virus (HCV) genome extracted from human serum or EDTA plasma.
