TRI Reagent® RT

A reagent for the single-step isolation of RNA from tissues and cells. 1 ml of TRI Reagent® RT processes 50 mg tissue or 107 cells. The isolated RNA is free of DNA contamination and ready for RT-PCR without the DNase treatment.
