Molecular Formula: C22H30N3O7F M.W.: 467 Mass Spectrometry: M + 1 = 468 Z-VAD (OMe) -FMK is a cell permeable caspase inhibitor that irreversibly binds to the catalytic site of caspase proteases and can inhibit apoptosis. The peptide is O-methylated in the P1 position on aspartic acid providing enhanced cell permeability.
