Fluprostenol

Fluprostenol (ICI 81008) is a synthetic prostaglandin F2α (PGF2α) derivative. Fluprostenol, as a luteolytic agent, can cause luteal degeneration and regulate reproductive cycle. Fluprostenol can be used in the study of infertility in animals and the control of the reproductive cycle of domestic animals[1].
