Anti-IL-23 (Tremfya) (Guselkumab biosimilar) mAb

Tremfya or Guselkumab biosimilar is human immunoglobulin G1 lambda (IgG1lambda) monoclonal antibody, a member of the interleukin inhibitors that selectively block interleukin-23 p19. It usually is important in the treatment of Psoriasis. IL-23 is an inflammatory cytokine responsible for the induction of psoriatic plaque formation.
