Human DLL3 (352-390) Protein, hFc Tag
This gene encodes a member of the delta protein ligand family. This family functions as Notch ligands that are characterized by a DSL domain, EGF repeats, and a transmembrane domain. Mutations in this gene cause autosomal recessive spondylocostal dysostosis 1. Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]Molecular Weight : The protein has a predicted molecular mass of 30.5 kDa after removal of the signal peptide. The apparent molecular mass of DLL3 (352-390) -hFc is approximately 35-55 kDa due to glycosylation.Tag :C-Human Fc tag
